With 13 years of experience as a nurse and 3 years practicing psychotherapy, I bring a wealth of knowledge to guide and support you every step of the way. With one-to-one sessions, you can privately gain insight into your unique needs and values, or join groups and workshops designed for women to connect, share, and support one another through shared experiences.
