Menopause is a unique experience for each woman, often accompanied by symptoms such as mood swings, anxiety, 'brain fog', and changes in self-identity. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore these feelings, gain insight, and find strategies to manage symptoms effectively.
This phase of life is often viewed as an 'end', but it can also be a vibrant new chapter in your life– a time of growth and self-discovery.
